CSI &amp; TecTrade use the solution internally as a Cloud Management Platform, reselling to customers and offering it as a service to ISV&#8217;s and customers. Both VMWare and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/products\/ibm-powervm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">PowerVM<\/a> Hypervisors are used to virtualise the environment. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/products\/cloud-pak-for-aiops\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Watson for AI Ops<\/a> was installed on Power, within the CSI Private Cloud, OpenShift Hub Cluster, and used to manage all VM &amp; LPARs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Container Management<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Individual <a href=\"https:\/\/www.redhat.com\/en\/technologies\/cloud-computing\/openshift\/container-platform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Red Hat OpenShift Clusters<\/a> were deployed on Private Cloud, x86 VMWare &amp; Power, plus Microsoft Azure and IBM Power Virtual Server PublicClouds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/access.redhat.com\/products\/red-hat-advanced-cluster-management-for-kubernetes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Red Hat Advanced Cluster Manager<\/a> was deployed on the CSI Private Cloud, OpenShift Hub Cluster on Power, to manage all x86 &amp; Power Public and Private Clusters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Observability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/products\/instana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Instana <\/a>was deployed on CSI Private Cloud x86 VM. It provides both Infrastructure and Application Observability and monitoring for the Hybrid Cloud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Optimization<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/products\/turbonomic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Turbonomic <\/a>was deployed on CSI Private Cloud x86 VM. It provides resource optimization for all VM, LPAR and OpenShift Containers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Public Cloud<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>x86 Virtual Machines and OpenShift were deployed to <a href=\"https:\/\/azure.microsoft.com\/en-gb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Microsoft Azure<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Power Logical Partitions and OpenShift were deployed to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/products\/power-virtual-server\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">IBM Power Virtual Server<\/a> Public Cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Private Cloud<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The private Cloud consists of both x86 and Power servers, along with all system management tooling, which manages the entire Hybrid Cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Next Steps<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We are adding <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/products\/storage-fusion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">IBM Storage Fusion<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/products\/storage-scale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">IBM Storage Scale<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/products\/storage-defender\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">IBM Storage Defender<\/a> to the solution in 2023.
