When OpenShift Container Platform 4.14 introduced the Multi-Architecture Compute feature for IBM Power, IBM looked for a partner who could provide genuine insights and practical feedback. smeup, with their extensive experience in configuring and deploying IBM Power solutions, was the perfect choice for this Early Adoption Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Working alongside smeup’s talented team was truly inspiring. IBM provided them with detailed architecture diagrams and step-by-step instructions, and they dove right in \u2013 setting up the Multi-Arch Cluster and then successfully deploying both existing and new applications. Their systematic approach and technical expertise proved invaluable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What made this collaboration particularly rewarding was its two-way nature. smeup’s feedback helped IBM refine and streamline onboarding documentation, making it more user-friendly for future implementations. In return, they gained early access to a solution that elegantly addressed their challenges with x86-specific applications that weren’t previously available with OpenShift on Power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
